The CHU Sainte-Justine (CHUSJ) is a pediatric university hospital center located in Montreal, QC, Canada. The CHUSJ's Health Techonolgy Assessment Unit (UETMIS) is currently conducting a survey of pediatric hospital centers as part of a mandate to evaluate the practice of daily routine chest radiography (CXR) in pediatric intensive care units (PICUs).
This questionnaire is addressed to the director of the intensive care unit of the pediatric centers targeted in this project, or a delegate (one respondent per PICU). We are interested to know your experience with the practice of routine daily CXR in your pediatric intensive care unit (PICU).
Thank you for helping us with this study, which aims to optimize our practice of daily CXR while improving patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.
